Who we are and our mission
Our founder being originally from the San Diego, CA – Tijuana B.C. region. It was around the year 2000 that he began working at a customs agency in San Diego, CA, where he discovered his passion for the world of logistics. He became involved in everything related to the industry, such as import/export, domestic and cross-border transportation within the U.S., warehousing, packing, repackaging, truck dispatch on both sides of the border, domestic and international parcel delivery, and quality control. He has witnessed how these dynamic cities have grown in tandem, both culturally and in the world of cross-border trade, while also realizing the increasing complexity of successfully carrying out these activities. It was then that he decided to put all his experience and knowledge acquired over the last 20 years to work and created Pack Bay Logistics, a practical and secure place whose mission is to work hand in hand with companies and entrepreneurs seeking practical logistics solutions, helping them grow and achieve their goals by being their ally and providing effective solutions to their international trade needs.
